Our office in Beirut manages visa and citizenship services for clients in Lebanon and Cyprus.

It has a Service Delivery Partner (SDP) agreement with TLScontact to provide Australian visa application and biometric collectionservices in Lebanon through an Australian Visa Application Centre.

These services incur a fee in addition to the visa application charge.​

Applicants should make an appointment pior to attending SDP. Appointments can be made online or by contacting the SDP by Telephone. If applicants are only submitting their biometrics they must bring their biometric requirement letter with them to the appointment.

Non-residents:A non-resident person wishing to obtain a “Non-Conviction Certificate” can either ask an immediate family member in Lebanon to apply on their behalf (the member should provide an ID proof); or obtain a power of attorney at the nearest Embassy of Lebanon/Consulate General and send it to the person who will apply on his/her behalf.
Provide: ID or passport.
Processing time: for residents, while you wait; for non-residents, it is approximately 15 days.
Fee: in addition to the standard charge, LibanPost imposes an additional service fee.
