This Service Delivery Partner (SDP) is a commercial company working in partnership with the Commonwealth of Australia to provide Australian visa application services, including:

  • pre-lodgement enquiries
  • visa application lodgement​
  • application tracking
  • return of decisions/passports

The SDP will charge a fee for this service in addition to the visa application charge.​

Biometrics collection

Biometrics are collected from visa applicants in this location. Visa applicants who lodge their applications at the Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC), will be asked to provide their biometrics at the same time.

Visa applicants who post their applications to the Australian visa office or to the AVAC, will be sent a letter requiring them to attend the AVAC, in person, to provide their biometrics.

Some applicants lodging their visas online might be sent a letter informing them that they need to attend the AVAC in person to provide their biometrics.​​​​​

Payme​nt information

Visa applications may be lodged at the Australian Visa Application Centre in Singapore. Methods of payment accepted at are available on the Australian Visa Application Centres website​.

Credit Card​

Payments using credit card will be processed in Australian dollars (AUD). We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diners and JCB. When paying by a credit card you may incur a credit card surcharge, banking and currency conversion fees and you will need to accept the risk associated with any currency fluctuations.​​​​​

Prior to lodging your application, you may need to notify your bank of an upcoming foreign credit card transaction. Failure to do so may result in your transaction being declined. Without payment your application is invalid.

Credit card transactions processed in Australian dollars (AUD) are processed in Australia.​​​​​ A credit card surcharge may apply to transactions made using your credit card.

​Making payment in Australia

Fees may be paid​ at any of our offi​ces in Australia. Once the fee has been paid, you will need to provide a copy of the receipt with your application.​​​

Citizenship

Applications for Citizenship by Descent can be lodged at the Australian Visa Application Centre​.​

​Applications for Australian citizenship general eligibility and other situations, and applications to resume or renounce (give up) Australian citizenship should be lodged at the Canberra Visa and Citizenship office in Australian Capital Territory​.

Citizens: Apply by post to the address above.
Provide: a letter from the Department requesting the certificate, an application form (available from the address above), two recent passport photos, current and past international passports/travel documents showing immigration endorsements (to allow computation of period stayed in Singapore), Singapore National Registration Identity Card (NRIC),valid exit permit/exemption certificate issued by CMPB, and MINDEF for male Singaporeans liable for National Service.
Non-citizens: Apply for a COC from the Singaporean Police Force. Visit website above for details of what to provide. You will need to obtain a letter from the Department requesting the certificate and provide a set of fingerprints taken by a qualified officer at a police station or an authorised office of the country in which you are living. Please note there can be delays in Australia in obtaining fingerprints.
