NEWS New Work and Holiday arrangements commenced with Hungary, Luxembourg and San Marino

Three new Work and Holiday arrangements have commenced with Hungary, Luxembourg and San Marino.

Three new Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) arrangements between Australia and Hungary, Luxembourg and San Marino commenced on 1 January 2017 and applications can now be lodged. These arrangements allow up to 200 young Hungarians, 100 young Luxembourgers and 100 young Sammarinese per year to have an extended holiday of up to 12 months in Australia, during which they can undertake short-term work and study. As reciprocal arrangements, each allows for the same number of young Australians to work and holiday in their country respectively.

Information on the Work and Holiday programme is available on our website and further information for applicants from Hungary, Luxembourg and San Marino can be found on the Australian Embassy, Germany website.
